Yasmin Rafiuddin received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rutgers Biomedical & Health Sciences – School of Nursing after completing her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University School of Nursing. She has worked in primary care settings, pulmonary/sleep medicine practices, as well as conducted in-home assessments, utilizing evidence-based screening techniques to identify underlying medical conditions and potential gaps in care resulting in an increase in early interventions.
